Having over thirty years in EHS management (Texaco, Goodyear, and more...) in manufacturing, petroleum, and chemical industries experienced with OSHA's VPP, BST®, Dow's Safe Working Styles©, DuPont's STOP™, along with numerous other programs. As a speaker, author, and practitioner, I continue to evolve my global philosophies assisting companies in building sustainable safety cultures.
As a transformational/servant leader I am experienced in team building, conceptual planning, and implementing world-class EHS systems. Programs I have established have resulted in millions saved through loss control, incident reduction, recycling, material substitutions, and safety system enhancements. My background includes global EHS behavioral systems in manufacturing, petroleum, and chemical industries having experience with OSHA's VPP, BST®, Dow's Safe Working Styles©, DuPont's STOP™, along with numerous other programs which I have created.
Having excellent communication skills to partner with senior business teams, train and develop staff, and provide mentoring and coaching is paramount to my success. I have a proven aptitude for analyzing EHS system variability within processes and executing improvement plans to reduce injuries, avoid costs, resolve technical issues, while improving compliance.
