He is an award-winning safety leader with a proven performance record and comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance. A skilled behavior-based safety professional with passion and dedication to meet challenges associated with developing a habit-strength performance that brings value to an organization.
While completing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Bill focused on groundbreaking research and the application of Locus of Control within the Safety Profession, discovering why clients plateau in their safety culture endeavors while creating solutions to address those hurdles.
