Bill Murray, EdD (Candidate 2026), MS, CSP has a bachelor's and a master of science in Safety Management from Murray State University. A Certified Safety Professional with extensive experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S).  He is an award-winning safety leader with a proven performance record and comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance. A skilled behavior-based safety professional with passion and dedication to meet challenges associated with developing a habit-strength performance that brings value to an organization. 

While completing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Bill focused on groundbreaking research and the application of Locus of Control within the Safety Profession, discovering why clients plateau in their safety culture endeavors while creating solutions to address those hurdles.
Bill has a broad-based background with measurable success in the Chemical, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Energy sectors.

Tonya Wells MS, CSP, SGE. (Principal Owner) Is a Murray State graduate holding both a BS and MS in Occupational Safety & Health. Having 35 years of experience in general Industry, petrochemical, and construction. Tonya has worked for Tennessee State OSHA (TOSHA) and Tennessee State Environmental Air Conservation (TEDEC). As a Safety Manager, she has extensive experience in program management, auditing, and program implementation. As an OSHA VPP Special  Government Employee, she continues to mentor members in achieving OSHA Star Status. She currently sits as a board member on the Region IV VPPPA Association and the Tennessee Safety & Health Conference.

Jessie Justice, BS Occupational Safety EKU (GSP Graduate Aug 2025). As a Safety Director for a leading construction and  & maintenance service provider, he has led top-performing initiatives in incident reduction and program improvements. As a Lead consultant for nine years, Jessie has extensive experience in both General Industry and Construction in compliance auditing, training, and OSHA violation mitigation. As an OSHA-certified trainer, he has trained in a variety of industrial settings nationwide. As an auditor and incident investigator, Jessie has a solid background in OSHA violation negotiations/mitigation for clientele.



Courtney Wells Justice, DC, MS, CCSP, ICSC  Biomechanics and Cumulative Trauma Consultant Doctor of Chiropractic Sports Medicine and Injury,  Science and Rehabilitation from Logan Chiropractic School, St. Louis, BS Pre-Medicine Premedical Studies Murray State University.
